Insider Trading

Companies listed at Spotlight Stock Market are governed by a new set of rules as of July 3rd 2016. From this date onwards, insiders are required to report regulatory transactions to Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority), who has assumed the responsibility for disclosing insider trading. As a service to the investment community, NeoDynamics AB will continue to keep a public record of permanent insiders, as well as their known transactions and holdings, on the corporate website.
